This "Privacy Notice" is applicable to all products, services, programs and/or web sites, etc. deliver by MacAfee
and Edwards Inc. In accordance with the source of any personal data and pertaining to prevailing legislation
related to privacy and protection of personal data, especially the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal
Data in Possession of Private Individuals, MacAfee and Edwards Inc. may issue specific Privacy Notices for
which it may require or not, the express consent of the owner of such Personal Data, notwithstanding it is
acknowledged that the acceptance of this Privacy Notice implies a written acceptance of the terms of such notice.
At the same time the third party declares and accepts that it has the consent of other persons including without
limitation spouse, concubine, economic dependents, beneficiaries, additional insured's, etc. of whom it provides
personal data in relation to the services rendered by MacAfee and Edwards Inc. With the understanding that
such data will be govern by this Privacy Notice.

Purpose and use of your Personal Data
MacAfee and Edwards Inc. will utilize your personal data to: (i) attend any request of information, marketing
of products or delivery of services, expressly including consulting services, quotation or any other activity
related with providing insurance and or bonds (including without limitations: quoting, placing of insurance
and/or bond policies, risk assessment, identification of potential solutions, identification of hidden or not
apparent perils, assistance in determining insurable values or protection requirements, evaluation of potential
losses, claim as assistance, negotiation and placement with Insurance or Bond Carriers, technical assistance
and of communication through the design, implementation, audit or actualization of insurance and bond programs,
analysis of survey data and its results, etc); (ii) attend any question or comment; (iii) send notifications,
advertisements or publicity of our products or services as allowed under prevailing legislation; (iv) send
information, magazines, Industry news or subjects that may be of interest to you; (v) create data bases (including
data bases with respect to sensitive data) in order to procure quotes or statistical purposes; (vi) create
data bases for research and development purposes of new products or services as well as risk analysis and actuarial
calculations; (vii) send notifications of changes to this privacy notice; or (viii) comply with any applicable
legislation related to the conduct of business by MacAfee and Edwards Inc. in the United States.
Your Rights to Access, Correction, Cancellation and Objection
If you have any question or comment in relation to your personal data in possession of MacAfee and Edwards Inc.,
you can contact our Privacy Department at the email address and/or telephone number previously mentioned. You
may solicit the access, correction, cancellation, oppose or limit the disclosure of your personal data in accordance
with the terms of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Individuals
and other applicable legislation, Under the terms of the applicable law any request related to the preceding
paragraph, should include i) your name and address in order to be able to respond to your request, ii) a copy
of your Official ID (passport, driver's license or voter registration card), iii) a clear and precise description
of the personal data that you want to access or you want to modify, cancel or oppose and anything else that
would facilitate the location of your data, as well as iv) any other requirements established by the Law for
the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Individuals and other applicable provisions.
Sharing of your Personal Data
MacAfee and Edwards Inc. may share all or part of your personal data with any related entity to MacAfee and Edwards
Inc., especially with: Protección Técnica Agente de Seguros y de Fianzas, S.A. and/or Protección Técnica México
Agente de Seguros y de Fianzas, S.A. and/or Protección Técnica InterConsult Agente de Seguros y de Fianzas,
S.A. de C.V. and/or Protección Técnica Noreste Agente de Seguros y de Fianzas, S.A. and/or Protección Técnica
Monterrey Agente de Seguros, S.A. de C.V. and/or Protección Técnica Norte Agente de Seguros y de Fianzas, S.A.
and/or Protección Técnica Internacional Agente de Seguros y de Fianzas, S.A. de C.V. in México and abroad;
as well as authorized entities as provided by Mexican Legislation related to the procurement and operation
of insurance and bond products; and other employees, contractors, service providers, suppliers, distributors
and advisors of MacAfee and Edwards Inc., who may or not handle your personal data on behalf of MacAfee and
Edwards Inc.. At the same time, we reserve the right to share your personal data with Mexican governmental,
administrative and/or judicial authorities in Mexico or abroad. Finally, MacAfee and Edwards Inc. reserves
the right of transferring your personal data to any entity that acquires MacAfee and Edwards Inc., subsidiary
or business unit of MacAfee and Edwards Inc.. Except for such instances, MacAfee and Edwards Inc. will not
share your personal data with third parties except as provided by the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal
Data in Possession of Private Individuals or any other applicable legislation.
Storage and Location of your Personal Data
MacAfee and Edwards Inc. may retain and/or store your personal data in data bases located within the United Mexican
States or abroad without any limitation.
Changes to the Privacy Notice, Law and Jurisdiction
MacAfee and Edwards Inc. reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this privacy notice, notifying
these changes by any means of communication that are considered most suitable for this purpose (may be, for
example, email, ads in media, communication, etc.) and a notice on our Web site. You will have the right to
cancel and/or rectify your personal data as well as to limit its use and disclosure in the event of changes
in the terms and conditions of this privacy notice. This privacy notice, the treatment of your personal data
and related documents are governed by the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of
Private Individuals and other laws and regulations of the United States of Mexico. The acceptance of this notice
of privacy or continuation in the request for services, implies an expressly and written acceptance of the
terms of the such notice and the express submission to the Courts of Mexico City for any dispute or claim arising
from this Privacy Notice.
